If you would like to do your own catering or intend on spending more time at home then full kitchens and larger living areas make our self contained apartments the ones for you. Most kitchens have dishwashers and most apartments also have their own laundry facilities. All have TV and DVD player and most have stereos too.

All apartments in Cedarwood have Free WiFi and Private balcony with BBQ’s. Some BBQ’s are gas which is impacted by wind and cold.

Apartment 2

This fresh apartment is compact but packs a punch having everything you could need.
2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, the first bedrooms has a splittable king bed, and the second has 2 single beds. A compact but very well equipped kitchen has all you need including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cook-top, microwave/convection oven, and with plenty of crockery and cutlery to suit your needs.Comfy living area and a large balcony with North side views.

Studio S/C Apartment 5

Studio style this apartment has an all in one living area with splittable king bed with comfy mattresses, large leather sofa, and a dining table and chairs. The galley kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop above a small toaster oven, microwave, toaster, kettle & 200lt fridge. There is also an all in one washing machine/tumble dryer under the kitchen bench.

Apartment 8

Freshly renovated this light & roomy apartment has 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed bunk style with a single bed above it. There is a second queen bed in one end of the roomy living area that never needs to be packed away. It has a large fully renovated full kitchen with cook top, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, a large fridge with chilled water and ice-maker, crockery, cutlery, and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a spacious dining and living area where you can enjoy the view from the large windows, relax in front of the smart TV, or read a book.
Laundry facilities include washing machine and tumble dryer which are located in the entry to this apartment, where there is also a drying cupboard for your clothing.

Apartment 9

Fully renovated in Summer 2021/22 this apartment is stunning. Upon entry there is a mud room, dehumidifier drying cupboard, euro laundry with washer and dryer.
Next a well appointed wall kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, oven, 3/4 dishwasher, full sized fridge, and Cafitaly coffee pod machine.
There is a large dining table offering booth and bench seating.
The comfy lounge area hosts a spacious 3.5 seater couch & armchair .
There are two bedrooms. The first offering a splittable king size bed (or two singles) with optional single trundle, and a second bedroom with a “House of Orange” Trio bunk (Double on the bottom, single on top).
This apartment has been set up in a versatile way that it is both ‘family-friendly’ or very comfortable for 2 couples or 5 singles.
Smart ‘Samsung’ televisions in both bedrooms and also the living room so you can relax and watch a movie after a long day on the mountain.
A generous bathroom has been fitted out with the highest quality and has a large shower, toilet and sink.

Apartment 10

This 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom  apartment has a single bunk (2 singles) plus single bed with pull out single trundle bed under it in the bedroom and access to the bathroom is through this bedroom. In the roomy living area you will find a splittable queen bed at one end that doesn’t have to be packed away during your stay. The living area boasts great natural views to the south of our building and 2 comfy leather 2 seater couches. The full kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutler for 6 plus dishwasher and microwave/convection oven. The laundry is located in the entry area and has washing machine and tumble dryer.

Apartment 11

Brand new this summer this gorgeous fresh light and bright apartment has 1 bathroom,1 bedroom with a single bunk, and a queen bed that can be split into 2 singles if needed. The open plan kitchen has dishwasher, large fridge, microwave convection oven, and induction cooktop, also has plenty of cutlery and crockery. there is a large comfy leather lounge to relax on and read a book, take in the views from the north side, or watch a movie on the smart TV.

Apartment 12

This apartment boasts a compact fresh kitchen complete with an electric cooktop, convection/microwave oven, extra large fridge, dishwasher, and front-loader washing machine. 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 2 in a splittable king bed that can be made up as 2 singles, and there is another 2 beds trundle style in the living area. The living area has a leather sofa and the dining setting for 4. A tumble dryer is conveniently located in the entry opposite the bathroom along with lots of storage under the stairs.

Apartment 13

This compact 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment has an upstairs bedroom with a splittable king bed that can be made up as 2 single. In the living area there is a fold down double bed that saves space, leather sofa & arm chair, plus iPod dock and blue tooth speaker. The well equipped kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, an electric cooktop, large fridge, microwave/convection oven, Asko dishwasher, and dining setting for 4.Everything you could need is here.

The 2 living areas are downstairs, one is a comfy quiet space for relaxing or a little work away from home and the main living area is roomy with fireplace, large smart TV, play-station, and huge big comfy lounge suite. The full kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and induction cook-top, coffee pod machine, and all the extras you need to cook up a storm. The balcony has great views to Mt Spion Kopje.

Apartment 20

Its huge! 145m2 in fact! This apartment is the highest in Falls Creek and among the highest above sea level in Australia, and all brand new for winter 2022.

Reserved for owner occupation until further notice this exquisitely appointed apartment boasts a large balcony, 2 roomy separate living areas, 2 bathrooms complete with Turkish stone glass and marble, a laundry, and 3 bedrooms.

On the entry level you find the large kitchen, dining and living area and big windows to view the spectacular views only this apartment can offer. The kitchen is complete with 3.6m marble island bench that has the sink and induction cook-top. The fridge/freezer pair are integrated into the cabinetry as is the oven and dishwasher. The large long dining setting lives beneath a stunning chandelier and seats 8. In the lounge area relax on a custom leather lounge suite, enjoy your own bar with integrated fridge, a massive smart TV, and gas fire place. The first bedroom with en-suite is off the living space at entry level and has a king bed and single bed.

Upstairs hosts the 2nd living area complete with custom couch and massive smart TV plus storage, 2 more bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. Apartment 23

On the ground level, this warm , roomy well appointed self contained apartment is ideal for a family or group of 3 to 5 people.

with access from the East end entry door you can ski right to the door in peak snow conditions! Racks outside apartment 23 are where you keep your Skis, poles and snowboards.
As you enter this cozy apartment you will find the long entry mud room/drying area to hang any wet gear and there is also a tumble dryer.
In the living and dining area you will find a roll away single bed, and 2 tilt away single beds (bunk style), as well as 2 comfy lounge/day beds to relax and enjoy the snowy view in winter or watch the smart TV.
There is a well equipped galley kitchen with 2 burner cook top, large fridge, toaster oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle & all the crockery, cutlery, and equipment to cook up a storm if you so desire. This is also where the washing machine is – euro style. Through the kitchen is how you access the internal hall way that takes you to the larger brand new for winter 2022 bathroom, and to the bedroom which has a queen bed and a 2nd smart TV.

Conveniently located near the entry to the building this apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the roomy open plan lounge dining and kitchen space is a dining table and chairs for 4 &  kitchen at one end with dishwasher, 2 burner electric cook top, microwave/convection oven, and a large fridge. Relax on 2 x 2 seater leather sofas and enjoy the views from the large windows that allow great views and natural sun light. Each bedroom has a splittable king bed that can be made up as singles.The large bathroom is accessed from each bedroom and hosts the laundry facilities. Access is from the entry foyer.

Apartment 25

has a balcony with hooded BBQ, 2 bedrooms which each have a splittable king bed in them, 2 large en-suite bathrooms one of which houses the laundry facilities. The fully stocked kitchen & dining area has dishwasher, cooktop, microwave convection oven & large fridge. Large windows in the lounge area allow great views and fantastic natural light and there is seating for 4.

Access is from the East end entry.

Apartment 26

has a hooded BBQ area easily accessed in summer and snow dependent in winter, 2 bedrooms which each have a splitable king beds in them, plus additional 2x single beds/or king in one end of the living area that you don’t have to pack up. 1 large en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom that houses the laundry facilities, and the second bathroom is off the kitchen. There is a roomy fully equipped  kitchen/dining area  with dishwasher, wall oven, 4 burner cook top, microwave convection oven & large fridge dining table for 6.  Large windows in the lounge area allow good light and views and there is lounge seating for 6.

Access is from the entry foyer and inside apartments 26’s entry is its own private drying area that ensures all your gear is dry and toasty each morning..

Apartment 27

this very large apartment at 115m2 has a balcony with hooded BBQ, 3 bedrooms 2 with splitable king beds in them and the third has 3 sets of single bunks. There are 3 en-suite bathrooms, one which has the laundry facilities, and a massive open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has dishwasher, microwave convection oven, cooktop and full size fridge, electric frying pans, slow cooker etc. etc.

Access is from the East end entry.

Lakeside Vista Holiday Home – Mount Beauty – Off Mountain

Located in Mt Beauty only 30-45 minutes drive from Falls Creek this 2 bedroom home is just what you need if you are looking for accommodation in Mt Beauty. In the heart of Mt Beauty it is close to shops, amenities, airfield and parklands and jsut across the road from the Lake, picnic area, childrens play area, BMX track and skate park.

Fully renovated it sleeps 6 – 7 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms plus the sun room/study. Large bathroom with a second toilet off the laundry.

Large corner block with plenty of parking and a new garden and you can help yourself to fresh herbs depending on the season you visit.

This house sleeps a maximum of 7 people.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Cedarwood Management Services strongly recommend that guests have ambulance cover and take out travel insurance for their holiday to Falls Creek. Aussie Travel Insurance offers cover for snow holidays so try them on 1800 888 448.

Once you decide to stay at Cedarwood you will be required to pay a 50% deposit when making your booking. Payments are usually made by direct deposit into our account over the internet, or with a credit card over the telephone (please note a 3% card fee is added to all amounts processed via EFTPOS). The remaining balance if your booking fee is due no less than 45 days prior to your arrival date at Cedarwood. Once again this is usually done via direct deposit or with a credit card over the telephone. If your arrival date is less than 45 days after the booking date you will be required to pay the full amount on booking unless other arrangements are made.

Cancellation Policy: Should for some reason you have to cancel your booking a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking fee will be charged. If you cancel more than 45 days before your arrival date a full refund of the monies paid less the cancellation fee will be given. If you cancel less than 45 days before your arrival date a refund less the cancellation fee will only be paid if the apartment is filled for the period that you have booked it. If the apartment is filled for part of the booked period you will receive a partial refund less the cancellation fee. If the booking is not re filled no refund will be given.

No Snow Policy: in the event that during the designated snow season Falls Creek is unable to open 3 runs for snow sports our no snow policy comes into effect 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If we do not have 3 runs open for snow sports guests have the option at this point and only at this point and no later to transfer their booking to later that same season or to the following summer season. No transfer fee applies unless the dates are changed a second time or more and transfers are subject to availability.
