This bright, warm and comfortable self contained apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and is ideal for a family or group of up to 3 people or 5 if you use the brand new fold out sofa bed in the lounge.

This apartment has 1 bathroom, and one bedroom which has a queen bed. In the roomy living area there is additional bedding in the form of a single bed and a fold out sofa bed. There is a well equiped kithen with 4 ring electric cooktop, smeg microwave & convection oven, large dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a regular sized fridge. Also crockery, cutlery, glassware and of course plenty of tools and equiptment to cook up a storm for your group if you so desire.

In the spacious dining and living area you can enjoy relaxing in front of the TV, DVD and stereo or just sit back and read a book after a big day.

If you are staying in this apartment ensure that you tell the oversnow driver that you need to be dropped at the east end of the building to avoid having to carry your luggage further than necessary when you arrive.
