This lovely cozy older style double level apartment is not located within the Cedarwood complex but is still very central being located right on Falls Creek Road between Slalom Street and Sitzmark Street and just up from The Hub Supermarket. Purched above the Gully ski run it has fantastic ski in/ski out acess and is only 100m from the bottom of the Gully chair lift.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen boasts direct access to the balcony, plenty of room for at least 7 around the large dining table and a freshly refurbished kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
